I have used Welsh to deal with basic queries in the University of Wales and elsewhere, but since it is my second language I have never been confident at dealing with complex topics. If I became MP for Dwyfor Meirionnydd it would be a good push to take it to the next level with an intensive refresher! At least I have a head start.
