Kafkaesque in its absurdity, this is becoming the normal unfortunately.

Similar to Nat West which is currently closing most of its branches. Don't worry, it says to its elderly customers, you can use the app (on the phone you don't have), go online (on the computer you can't understand) or go on a 15 mile bus ride to the next town (until we shut that one too)
